Some products require curing.

•Curing time for homemade cold and hot processed soaps is 4-6 weeks.

•Curing time for candles is 1-2 weeks.

•Curing time for bath bombs/shower steamers iMs 1-2 weeks.

All other products will be listed on the website as they are made or restocked.

Yes. I use all natural oils, butters, essential oils, fragrance oils, food safe mica powders, food safe colorants, and natural preservatives in all of my soaps and other bath & body products.

*Soap contains lye (sodium hydroxide), which is a natural byproduct of burning wood. Distilled water is also used to reduce the risk of bacteria that can cause mold or shorten the life of your soap and body care products.

*Products may contain potential allergens for some people; shea butter, beeswax, coconut oil, almond oil, milk products, etc. This is not an exhaustive ingredient list, so please read ALL ingredients, for each product carefully, before purchasing. I AM NOT responsible for allergic reactions or injury caused from use or misuse of any product. I do not provide refunds or accept returns/exchanges on products. It is your responsibility to ensure your safety when using any product, homemade or store-bought.

*Soap, may continue to shrink over time as it slowly loses water. I cure soap at least 4-5 weeks before selling it to ensure most of the water is gone. No two soap bar designs are exactly the same, and may look different from batch to batch. Soap, if cared for properly-kept dry between uses sat on a soap holder, can last up to 6-12 months. *All other products, because they are NOT mass produced and do not contain the same kind of chemicals that most store-bought products have, should be used within 6-8 month.

When I started this business, I wanted to use the most eco-friendly labeling, packaging and shipping methods as possible. However, some products need to be packaged in plastic for safety in your home, and for shipping.

Once items are shipped, for instance with gourmet candles, I cannot guarantee that tiny bits won’t break off during handling, this will NOT affect the product’s performance.

The cellophane shrink wrap bags I use to wrap my soaps and shower steamers in, for online orders and in gift packed baskets, are made from vegetable-based cellulose that's 100% compostable when processed at an industrial facility. These bags allow naked products to arrive in the same beautiful condition as when they were made. I am working hard to transition to 100% industrially-compostable cellulose for all my wrapped naked products that are packed for shipping.

The plastic bottles I use for the bath & body products are PBA-free, recyclable, reusable and safe to use in your bathroom and shower.

It usually takes 1-2 days for me to prepare your order. If you place an order on Saturdays or Sundays, your order will be processed that following Monday. Depending on what shipping/delivery option you choose, it could take up to 6-7 days before your order arrives to you. Tracking information will be sent to you once a label has been created.

I only ship orders Monday thru Friday.

Pickup and local delivery orders are processed Monday thru Friday and should be ready within 3-4 hours, up to 24 hours. Please make sure to confirm your pickup/delivery window when placing your order.

Since I am the only one making, packaging, and preparing your orders for shipping or pickup/delivery, I do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. These days are reserved for craft shows. 

If you live within 15 miles of the 15220 zip code, you are eligible for free delivery with a $25, or more purchase. I also offer contactless pickup.

If you fall outside of this 15 mile area, you are also welcome to pick up your order via no-contact pick up at my home, be charged a small delivery fee to compensate for gas/mileage, or choose an inexpensive shipping option. For contactless pickup, my address will be given to you if you request this option.

All other orders will be shipped. Shipping will be calculated before you make your final purchase.

I can ship anywhere in the US, Canada and I’m working on shipping internationally.

You will receive a tracking number once a shipping label is created. You will then be able to check on you order's location status during shipping.
